For students on Canvas, Brightspace, Blackboard and Moodle
ScholarOS reads the assignment list on the learning system page you are already signed into, and turns it into a calendar you can actually plan against. It takes about twenty minutes a week of copying due dates by hand and makes it nothing.

Every task keeps a working link back to its own assignment page, so one click gets you to the thing itself rather than a course home page.
ScholarOS organises and opens things. It does not write your coursework, and it is not trying to become the place you live.
You sign in to your school yourself, two-factor and all. ScholarOS waits until you are already in, then reads your assignments from that school: the list on your screen on Brightspace and Moodle, and the school's own planner feed on Canvas and Blackboard. It does not crawl your courses.
Imports from your school, or from a syllabus you paste, land in a review inbox with a confidence flag and where each field came from. Fix a title, a course, or a due date before it becomes a task. A parser miss is an annoyance rather than a wrong calendar.
Drag to reschedule. File classes by term. Group the weekly quizzes that repeat all semester. Soft delete with undo, because everyone mis-taps.
Smart Plan builds a study schedule up to two weeks ahead from what is due, and lets you start something early. It learns that you finish one class the night before and another three days early, and schedules accordingly. Each assignment also has its own chat for working out how to tackle it. Runs on a free Google Gemini key you supply.
Connect Google Calendar and every due date lands on it as an all-day entry marked free, with your study plan as blocks. Smart Plan reads when your classes and shifts start and end, never what they are called, and plans around them. Needs Google Chrome.
A morning summary, a heads-up a day and two hours before each deadline, your reminders, and study sessions if you want them. Each has its own switch, and nothing shows until you turn them on.
Paste a document link once and ScholarOS offers it back on the next assignment in that class.

One payment. Nothing renews, no card is kept on file, and there is no account to close.
Everything is unlocked for 14 days when you install, with no card and no email address. When the trial ends the planner keeps working in full and only the extras above stop. Nothing you saved is taken away. If you connected Google Calendar before version 0.11.0, when it was free, sending study plans to it stays free for you.
Paying gets you a licence key by email, usually within a few hours, which you paste into Settings. The key is checked on your own device, so it works offline and ScholarOS learns nothing about when you use it. Want a refund? Email scholaroshelp@gmail.com and you will get one.
There is no ScholarOS server. No account, no sign-up, no analytics, and nowhere for your work to be sent, because nothing was built to receive it.
Uninstalling removes everything ScholarOS keeps. The browser deletes the extension's storage with it, and there is no account to close because none was created. If you connected Google Calendar, the entries it wrote stay on your calendar until you delete them. The full detail is in the privacy policy.

It needs Chrome 114 or newer. Google Calendar sign-in works in Google Chrome only. If your school is not in the list, paste its address and ScholarOS will use it.
